What will you create this year?

Hey you,

What tiny and mighty things do you want to create this year? What brave big ideas do you want to see come to life in 2025?

It’s totally okay if this is not the headspace you are in, or not in yet. We all emerge into the new year on our own terms and with our own set of circumstances that make it easy or nearly impossible to embrace thinking about what we want for the year. Honor the headspace you are in.

But if you are feeling ready to dream up big or tiny goals for the year, I want you to feel absolute permission to go for it and let yourself completely enjoy the process of dreaming and planning. You might be around others who aren’t feeling it, and you might be tempted to tamp down your own enthusiasm for reasons that feel kind. But you get to honor the energy of new beginnings just as much as you get to honor those days when you aren’t feeling it.

Your joy in dreaming and planning and putting things into motion that are important to you is your rocket fuel for creating the things you want in life.

In the coming weeks I’ll be sharing strategies to help you empower your goals. Because you absolutely deserve to have what you need in life to take your beautiful tiny, mighty and great big goals and make them a reality.

But it all begins with naming what you want to put into motion. Is it a new creative project? Is it a new way of relating to the world? Is it a following through on something from last year? Is it a commitment to yourself? Is it a new habit you want in your life? What feels important to put energy toward this year?

Imagine coming to the end of 2025 with that dream realized. What does that feel like? What does that life look like?

And most importantly, what is the risk of NOT acting on that dream?

There is nothing I love more than helping people grow toward their dreams. That’s why I created the Next Chapter Workbook, as a self-paced guide to getting clear on what really matters to you and setting it into motion in a way that works for you.

May this be your most powerful year yet.
